Delete your Qaswa Connect account

In the app

1. Open Qaswa Connect and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile and open Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete Account and confirm.

If you manage a masjid on Qaswa Connect, hand that role to someone else first (Masjid Settings → Transfer Admin). The app will not delete the account of an active masjid admin.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email support@qaswaconnect.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, and we respond to verified requests within 30 days.

What happens next

• Your account is scheduled for deletion in 30 days.
• Until then it stays active, and you can cancel: sign back in and open Settings.
• After 30 days your personal information is permanently deleted, except information the law requires us to keep — for example, donation records, which charities must retain for tax purposes.
